As a licensed real estate agent with Bradley Real Estate, Heather plays a vital role in the firm’s Property Management division, offering clients personalized service backed by deep industry knowledge.

Heather holds the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and actively serves on the Property Management Council at Virginia Realtors, where she helps shape best practices across the state.

A Richmond native, Heather’s roots run deep in the local real estate landscape. She’s lived in communities across the region—from Powhatan to Midlothian—giving her invaluable insight into the area's diverse neighborhoods and market trends. Her passion for real estate began early, inspired by her father, one of Richmond’s top builders. From tagging along to job sites to sitting in on Home Builders Association meetings, Heather was immersed in the world of development from a young age.

Above all, Heather is most proud of her role as a mother to three children and a grandmother to her beloved grandchildren. Her clients know her for her compassion, attention to detail, and thoughtful, client-first approach.
